Thailand illustrious with all grandeur, the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol's growth to the ruler throne. Termed as the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, Thai King's 60th day celebrations integrated a cycle of dealings describing the time period of King Bhumibol.

King Bhumibol ascended the chief of state throne in 1950 after the inopportune demise of his brother, King Ananda Mahidol. Since then, he has been the longer selection sovereign in the Thai past. On the eve of Thai King's 60th Anniversary Celebrations, about 25,000 prisoners were given clemency and released. In the symbol of their King, the culture of Thailand formed a three-month long-term International Botanical Exhibition and an Official Royal Flora Expo in Chiang Mai Province.
